Spice rice with star anise, cinnamon and turmeric
- 250 g Basmati rice
- 2 Qty: star anise*
- 1 Qty: Cinnamon sticks* about 8-10 cm
- ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder *
- 1 teaspoon Salt*
- 2 cardamom whole*
- 3 Qty: cloves* whole
- 1 tablespoon neutral vegetable oil Optional
Find ingredients online and have them delivered straight to your home
- Wash the rice well, drain through a sieve and place in a saucepan (with about twice as much water) or rice cooker.
- Cook the rice according to package directions with the spices and vegetable oil.
